I had a great experience during my stay. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the attractions, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, even allowing me an early check-in. My room was clean and included all the necessary amenities, making it a pleasant and hassle-free visit. However, the Wi-Fi could use some improvement as it was occasionally slow.

Perfect spot for a weekend!
I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were super helpful, especially during an unexpected medical emergency. The room was cozy and clean. It had a nice tub. Breakfast was on point with a full English feast! The only thing was the bathroom setup was a bit quirky. Location was great—easy access to transport and a nice park right across the street.

Great Location, Room for Improvement
The hotel's central location near several metro stops is fantastic, making it easy to explore London. However, my twin room felt outdated and oddly configured. For a good experience, request a room with updated amenities and enjoy the substantial breakfast options.

I loved unwinding in the cozy lounge with my morning coffee and exploring the nearby parks filled with flowers and birds. The hotel offers some nice relaxation options like a lovely garden and a chill reading area that are perfect for winding down after a long day. My only minor issue was the dated bathroom plumbing, but it didn't take away from my overall great experience. 😊

missingWrote a review on Sept 03friendly staffgreat locationoutdated roomstuffy airsmall size
Excellent location near transport hubs and the city center made getting around a breeze. The friendly staff created a welcoming atmosphere and enriched the overall experience. However, the dated room lacked air conditioning and sufficient electrical outlets, making it less comfortable. While the cleanliness was satisfactory, the small size combined with outdated amenities left much to be desired.

The heating system was overly aggressive, making it uncomfortably hot at night.

The breakfast was a buffet that was really good, loads of hot and cold options. Also, the staff were super friendly and helpful, always making sure we were good.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what you get, it's tolerable.

I stayed for 2 nights while visiting nearby attractions. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to many of London’s major sites, including the British Library and Trafalgar Square, all within a short walk. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, and my room had a lovely view of Tavistock Garden. However, the room was a bit dated and had some issues with noise from the loading dock outside, which detracted from the overall comfort.

Had a pleasant 6-night stay in a tidy Standard Twin Room where the breakfast spread was fantastic with plenty of choices each morning, and we enjoyed relaxing moments in the cozy lounge area and garden. The only downside was that the cleaning service could have been a bit more consistent on some days. Overall, if you're looking for a nice place in the city, this spot is definitely worth it! 😊
